All arrests in the county are processed here. The booking report captures the person's name, date of birth, charges, bail amount, arresting officer, and the date and time of the arrest. These records are maintained at the Sheriff's Office. To get a copy, submit a FOIL request to the Records Access Officer. Write out what you need and include the person's name and arrest date. The office must respond within five business days under Public Officers Law Sections 84 through 90.

FOIL and Seneca County Booking Reports Access
