Or you can visit in person during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Your request must include your full name and contact information, the specific records you want (names, addresses, call numbers, date ranges), and specific time periods. Keep the scope reasonable. If the request is too broad, it may be denied. Typing your name in an email counts as a valid signature.

Tioga County Booking Reports Fees and Costs
Electronic records with documents only have no charge. Paper copies cost $0.25 per page. A CD or memory stick costs $5.00 each. Body camera footage costs $22.69 per hour for processing beyond the first two hours. Postage is the actual cost. Payment is by check made out to "Tioga County Sheriff" or by cash or certified bank check.
The office must respond within five business days. They will either approve the request, deny it, or acknowledge it with an estimated completion date. More complex requests may take up to 20 business days. If denied, you can appeal to the Tioga County Legislature, Attn: Legislative Chairperson, at 56 Main Street, Owego, NY 13827.
